Come out to an early morning of some High Intensity Interval Training exercises and kick start your weekday at the Park Lab. We will perform different bodyweight exercises, and push our limits while outside. Participants should bring water and wear athletic wear that is comfortable. This class is held at the Park Lab in downtown Durham.

Participants will talk about different sports and athletes. This program is designed for individuals with disabilities, but all are welcome to participate! The program is being offered using the Zoom online platform. Participants will be emailed the Zoom link 24 hours prior to the start of the program.
This four-week course will provide an introduction to basic life skills that teens will need as they graduate high school and transition into the "real world". Some of the skills that will be introduced are resume building, how to apply for jobs/college scholarships and basic money management. Join us to learn these valuable skills. A Zoom link will be sent 24 hours prior to the class.
The Girl Scout organization believes a girl can embrace her inner G.I.R.L. (Go-Getter, Innovator, Risk-Taker, and Leader) while also building important life skills. This program is open to all girls and will provide the Girl Scout Leadership Experience, including topics such as financial literacy, STEM, emotional health, and healthy living. Previous participation with Girl Scouts is not required. Supplies will need to be picked up from Edison Johnson Recreation Center on April 1. Participants will receive an email with instructions by March 31.
