A full body workout using dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight exercises to work all muscle groups. From your legs to your arms, we'll hit them all! High repetitions to build muscle endurance, muscle strength, flexibility, balance and overall mind-body health. All fitness levels welcome, modifications will be shown to allow you to take it up a notch or to work at your own pace.
