Food Vendor Application Process

Food vendors are those who sell items being consumed by participants whether they are beverages, food, desserts, frozen treats, ice cream, etc.

Please click on the link below to apply.  The link will take you to an application form for food vendors.  Complete all required fields. You also have the ability to upload your menu and insurance.  We will forward the completed form(s) to the festival staff once it has been completed.  You will be notified of your standing after staff reviews it and cross-references menu items.  We will try our best to accept vendors on a first come first served basis based on menu items, but our goal is to have a variety of food options, so first come first served will not always be possible.

If accepted, you will be sent an email from both DPR staff and our registration system about the fees that are due, which you will have 7 business days to pay.  If you fail to pay you must contact staff to see if your space is still available.  If space is not available, you will be placed on the waiting list.
